Pursuant to Chapter III, Article 25 of the UMMAF Statues, the Board of Directors calls a General Assembly of the voting membership which is to be held on 7 December 2019 at 1 P.M at the Elite Performance Academy at 17363 Edison Ave, Chesterfield, MO 63005
UMMAF President Frank Babcock states “It is my pleasure to welcome all club members in good standing to St. Louis, Missouri for the UMMAF General Assembly. This is a big step toward a revised governance process within UMMAF and sets an example for all other federation and governing bodies a like. We look forward to holding democratic elections at this assembly under our new revised statutes.”
UMMAF is the sole United States representative of the IMMAF.
