(Ages as of February 3, 2017 and weights are listed as maximums. Weights should be projected for growth to reflect best estimate on date of tournament.

I acknowledge that both Athlete and Coach require USFL License ($50 Fee) one week before Tournament.

I understand that both the Athlete and the Coach will be required to obtain a License with the USFL, paying all necessary fees required by them, at minimum of one week before the tournament. Failure to do so may result in being removed from the tournament forfeiting your entry fee.

I understand that brackets will be drawn based on registrations in the selected divisions and pooled blind after weigh in. Weight cutting is not permitted to ensure the youth athlete can comfortably fit within the weight category.
